Ethiopian health clinic benefit for Clinic At A Time
CAAT was founded by executive director Mulusew Yayehyirad, RN, a nurse at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics, who grew up in the Amhara Region of Ethiopia. The organization, founded two years ago, has already built a waiting area onto one of the clinics in Bichina, and more activities, such as collections of desperately-needed medical supplies, are being planned. "Through the voice of Clinic at a Time, I believe I can magnify the voices of millions of people suffering due to lack of proper basic medical care," says Yayehyirad.
